ABOUT KUYE OLUSEGUN
KUYE OLUSEGUN, a renowned author of real estate books, is a Chief Lecturer in the Department of Estate Management & Valuation, Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He holds Higher National Diploma in Estate Management from Yaba College of Technology; M.Sc. Degree in Housing Development and Management from the University of Ibadan; M.Sc. Degree in Estate Management from the University of Lagos; and PhD in Facilities Management from the University of Bolton, United Kingdom. In addition, he holds Diploma in Real Property Law from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers; and a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria. His areas of specialty include professional practice, facilities management, housing and valuation among several others.
