Even these aspects are not well handled in certain cases especially where it becomes imperative that one form of valuation or the other have to be carried out. Worst hit, as regards this valuation problem, are the candidates preparing for professional examinations – for the simple fact that they are unable to lay their hands on a book that comprehensively covers their respective examination syllabus in valuation. The result, over the years, has consistently been mass failure in this all-important subject. Consequently, this book is prepared with these and other related challenges in mind.

This book consists of three main parts namely: non-statutory valuations, statutory valuations, an introduction to environmental valuation in 24 chapters format.
