Gorilla approach to marketing real estate products is a situation whereby an agent (not appointed by the owner of the property) removes the notice board of the appointed agent from a property. This is usually with a view in letting the property without the knowledge of the appointed agent. The approach usually is to remove notice board especially when they want to take prospects for inspection. The intention is to picture that they have direct instructions and make the prospect deal with them even though they sometimes may have to deal with the appointed agent to conclude such transaction.
